Adding to the joyfulness, guests will be spoiled for choice with festive culinary experiences across the full range of The Ritz-Carlton, DIFC dining offerings. Hosting Michelin Star Chef Paco Pérez at Center Cut from December 1st to 26th, foodies can celebrate the season with a festive twist on classic Spanish tapas in an authentic ‘sobremesa’ setting. Those looking for a classic high tea experience can relish in seasonally themed sweet and savory delights at the Festive Afternoon Tea at The Lobby Lounge (from AED160), from December 8th to 25th.
Guests can continue the celebrations from December 24th to 26th with classic festive menus at the Noël Avec Le Chef at Le Cirque (from AED 325), offering traditional egg nog, ‘vin chaud’, seasonal cheeses (additional) and Bûche de Noël. On Christmas Day, guests can also enjoy a magical brunch experience as part of the Christmas Day Grand Brunch at Cafe Belge (from AED 390), as the café transforms into a winter wonderland with live music and a special visit from Santa himself.
Ringing in the New Year on December 31st, the hotel will host lively evenings across its full range of incredible dining options, featuring bustling culinary offerings, grand gestures and a thrilling party atmosphere set against the backdrop of exhilarating music and dance performances, followed by a spectacular fireworks display.
