The mall launches new Customer Service initiatives for shoppers
Arabian Center, Dubai’s leading community mall and the favorite shopping, dining and leisure destination for families, launches a brand-new Charity Corner in collaboration with Dubai Charity, Emirates Red Crescent and Beit Al Khair.
This initiative encourages families to join hands with the mall to make a difference to those in need. While working with the community for the betterment of society, the mall’s “Charity Corner” is instrumental in collecting donations and ensuring they reach the beneficiaries.

Focusing on its core values to offer excellent experiences to its visitors, the mall has introduced a range of value-added services that promises a safe and comfortable shopping experience.
The “Drop & Collect” aims to enhance its customer’s shopping experience and offers a hassle-free shopping experience for shoppers. They can safely drop their shopping bags at the customer service desk and enjoy a stress-free, needs-driven shopping experience. Once they finish shopping, they can pick up their shopping bags while leaving.
“The Little Explorers Wristband” service aims to help parents enjoy their time at the mall with absolute peace of mind while ensuring the safety of their little ones first. Parents can secure their child’s safety with the ID Wristband, available at the Customer Service Desk. Once placed on the child’s wrist, the band features the parent’s contact information in case of emergency.
The Valet Service ensures the customer will never have to search for a parking spot. Instead, they can let the valets pick up and drop off their car at their convenience. Available from 9:00 am to 12:00 am, at the Morning Court and Night, the pricing of the Valet Service suits the customer’s needs. While the VIP service costs AED 50, the Standard Service is affordable at AED 20.
