Captivated by the olfactory heritage, customs and legends of the East. the House’s successive perfumers have imagined fragrances with a mysterious soul and precious scents. Some of them have become legends, like Shalimar, the first oriental perfume in Guerlain’s history, created by Jacques Guerlain in 1925.
Created in 2014, the Absolus d’Orient collection follows the handwriting of history in uniting Guerlain with the East, the cradle of perfumery and its origins. As a collection, it embodies the Parisian perfume house’s vision of the treasures of the East, more loving than ever.
