Promising ‘ more pistachio’ Kadayifzade sources the world’s leading grade of pistachio from Antep and offers 60% more of the nutty goodness in every bite. Signature sweets include the Extra Pistachio Kadayif, Kadayif with Kaymak – a creamy churned butter akin to clotted cream and Burma Kadayif, made with twisted shredded pastry, delectable nuts and syrup. Kadayif from Turkiye differs from those across the Middle East, as it comes in different shape and flavour.
