The youngest of four sisters, hailing from Texas. Eva is one of the most recognizable faces in Hollywood, and her success can be traced by her role as Gabrielle Solis on the television series Desperate Housewives. Winning an ALMA Award (Outstanding Actress in a Daytime Drama, 2002) and nominated for Golden Globe Award (for landing a juicy role as Gabrielle Solis in Desperate Housewives). She has been named one of Hollywood’s most beautiful, talented and amazing women by several publications. A beauty pageant contestant in her youth, she got her first break in show business with a regular role on The Young and the Restless from 2001 to 2003. She has won multiple Screen Actors Guild Awards and was named Philanthropist of the Year in 2009 by THR.
Later she had roles on the series Telenovela and Mother Up! In 2018, she was cast as the titular character’s mom in the film Dora the Explorer.
