On September 2^nd, three of the UAE’s most exciting bartenders step behind the counter at Bar Dali. Shaking things up are Don Bodhinayake of St. Regis Abu Dhabi, May Phattarasaya of Lighthouse Dubai, and Zahra Erfanian of Atlantis The Royal. For one night only, they’ll join Bar Dali’s Vitor Hugo Lourenço for an evening of creativity and unforgettable flavours. Expect bold pours, inventive twists, and an electric atmosphere as these talents unite under one roof to craft some signature Negronis.
