The new menu introduces the Al Beiruti Breakfast – a true celebration of Lebanon’s breakfast table culture. Designed for sharing and centered around variety, it includes eggs prepared to your liking, walnut labneh, an array of traditional favorites such as hummus, foul, falafel, hummus fatteh, balila, and shakshouka, along with a generous mixed cheese platter and a curated dessert platter. Guests also enjoy their choice of two freshly baked oven, accompanied by a colorful vegetable and assorted pickles platters. The breakfast is completed with four servings of Lebanese coffee or tea.
In addition to the breakfast experience, the menu now features an expanded oven section with its own lineup of savory specialties. These include cheese-stuffed zaatar, wild zaatar, kafta cheese, and egg, meat & cheese, each baked to order and crafted with premium ingredients that reflect the richness of Lebanese bakery traditions.
In its commitment to variety and inclusivity, Al Beiruti has introduced an impressive range of vegetarian dishes. These include comforting and hearty options like lentil kebbe, vegetarian kebbe, potato kebbe, as well as the home-style bemye bel zeit and foul akhdar. Seafood enthusiasts are equally catered to with dishes such as marinated grilled shrimp, marinated grilled calamari, and a signature grilled seafood platter featuring jumbo shrimps, grilled fish skewers, and calamari, served with thick-cut fries and house-made sauces.
For those who crave the rich, smoky flavor of basterma, the new menu includes cheese and basterma manakish, basterma cheese rolls, basterma labneh, and a refined basterma carpaccio. The menu also sees the arrival of warm additions like creamy tomato soup, chicken kale salad, artichoke provençal, chicken tenders provençal, and honey garlic chicken. Hearty mains include a reimagined chicken cordon bleu and the Al Beiruti Steak—premium sliced tenderloin served over a signature creamy mustard sauce.
Younger guests can now enjoy a chicken burger specially crafted for the kids’ menu, while dessert lovers will find indulgence in every bite with new sweet endings including baklava pistachio, tiramisu, chocolate and caramel pain perdu, classic French toast, and creamy rice pudding.
