Executive Chef Giovanni Pugliano and his team bring excitement and something brand new to each restaurant and lounge. Presenting a uniquely inspired portfolio, Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort invites its guests to experience something a little different. From the hub of Canvas; the resort’s all-day-dining restaurant with multiple interactive food stations, to Arteasan; the ideal spot for a leisurely afternoon spent surrounded by art and an extensive tea menu. Café Pronto is the resort’s European-style bistro perfect for a quick bite or your morning cup of coffee, The Copper Lobster boasts the freshest seafood as well as catch-of-the-day dishes in a gastro bar setting while IAMMAI is the perfect pool-side spot to enjoy a cold beverage as the day winds down.

The resort’s all-day-dining restaurant, Canvas is an interactive experience with live cooking stations blending ﬂavours from different regions in the Middle East. The design is an eclectic mix of modern bohemian meets Arabic influence with a wrought-iron gate that opens into a light and airy space. Diners will discover dishes representing the boundless cultures and people of the region.

A gallery led salon space featuring tea combinations with a story to tell. Framed archways and marble inlays create pathways to this intimate salon with a recurring pattern of black versus white. Relax in elegant wicker peacock chair or plush sofas as you enjoy the serene ritual of tea appreciation, whilst drinking in the inspiring art that surrounds you. Arteasan is a bliss environment ideally suited for a leisurely afternoon.
Hosted by the hotel’s tea “sommeliers”, every experience is a tribute to the rich heritage of the tea culture. With Arteasan’s exclusive JING partnership, tea blends characterised by their source, fresh taste and authenticity allow for a veritable tea experience that sets the standard for tea service. Using loose leaves carefully sourced, selected and packed for freshness, the full depth of flavours is extracted in 70° water over a perfectly-timed 3 minutes. This process allows for savouring light high notes to notes of deeper texture and character.
Having gone through a rigorous training with JING, the team at Arteasan aims to inspire guests to enjoy a tea experience that is as delicious as it is uplifting to the spirit. Our team of dedicated tea “sommeliers” has created a selection of signature tea blends using the finest of ingredients, including locally-sourced dried fruits, rosebuds, rooibos, ginger and a distinctive spice blend.

The Copper Lobster
In ode to the Omani rock lobster found in the region’s waters, this seafood restaurant offers a daily fresh-catch menu. The name, inspired by the regionally caught lobster, which has a unique glow, somewhat like copper, focuses on preparing local seafood in creative and delicious ways. From Fujairah’s hammour and tiger prawns to Omani lobster, the resort has partnered with local fishermen to bring guests the best of Dibba’s fish markets and Khorfakkan’s fish farms. Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort has hired a local fish consultant to determine where the finest seafood can be sourced.
In a nod to the Emirate’s seafaring history, the nautical-themed restaurant also features a London-style gastro bar and a market-style display room. Having spent years training in Russia, Mixologist Alexander Khvastunov has created new concoctions using locally-sourced herbs, spices, fruits and vegetables. While a Capsiano cocktail, characterised by hints of sweet bell pepper, and a Tarragon mocktail, using the fresh notes of tarragon leaves, have become guest favourites, the cardamom and rose-infused Outer Space and Arabic Spice cocktails consist of homemade syrups, adding flair and authenticity to the taste of Alexander’s masterful creations.

Inspired by the Arabic word for water, its name (pronounced ya-mai) literally means I Am Water. A pool lounge with bar serving light snacks throughout the day as well as shisha from sunset, IAMMAI encourages you to stop, relax and indulge in the feeling of belonging to Fujairah’s environment. Whether you are immersed in the pool, the company of your friends, or the stunning view against a backdrop of mountains and ocean, it is your observation point for the beauty laid out before you.

Located on the piazza level, Café Pronto, stemming from the Latin word promptus, meaning quickly and without delay, provides tasteful bites and all-day snacks. Enjoy the comfortable European-style bistro whilst savouring a cold beverage over casual conversation on parlour-inspired booths; or read a book whilst relaxing on communal high seating.
As the emirate’s only hotel to boast an exclusive partnership with Nespresso, guests can expect perfect brews all day long in this utterly charming space. This partnership brings a “pure origin” that is exclusively and genuinely composed of beans sourced from a single country of origin and even limited regions offering unique coffee profiles. Evaluated through detailed tasting to ensure that the coffee meets the Nespresso quality standards in line with exact aroma profile matches, these bean capsules are hermetically sealed for optimal conservation of aromas. Produced in Switzerland, in the Nespresso Production Centres of Orbe and Avenches, the coffee capsules are then shipped to Dibba, Fujairah in the UAE.
In addition to offering classic brews such as Lungos, Cappuccinos and Americanos, a selection of exclusive coffee drinks have joined Café Pronto’s menu. Working alongside Nespresso coffee experts, Café Pronto’s “mixologists” have crafted signature iced and hot coffee drinks using homemade syrups and the finest ingredients.
Current flavour variations range from the Freshpresso, Mai Tai, Fig and Honey Latte Macchiato to the Iced Hazelnut Macchiato, Passionfruit Refresher and Almond Coffee. Open daily- 08:30 – 19.00 (Closed on Tuesdays)
